PubgStore.pk believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the PubgStore.pk marketing team has obtained on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
PubgStore.pk does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like Game Cards, Cd Keys etc.
In case of receipt of used or defective Game Cards, Cd Keys etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products. For Game Cards, Cd Keys the matter should be reported within 2 days.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
1) Exchange rates may varies as per the time zones and servers
2) Ordered placed between 11 PM -6 AM IST will be receiving the product after 8 AM only.
3) All the products will be delivered through email delivery. The users will receive the products codes on the email id mentioned in the order.
4) All the hardware products will be delivered in 5-6 business days
Charge back : By agree to these terms and conditions one simply accept that there is no physical delivery required and the product are the virtual items, he or she is content with the product bought by him/her and may not be able to charge back anytime in near future. In case of any problem with account details simply contact us we will resolve.
Cancellation policy for gaming hardware
PubgStore.pk believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. Any legal procedures will be subjected to Faisalabad Jurisdiction only.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the PubgStore.pk marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Eid, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
PubgStore.pk does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like virtual game cards, prepaid cards products etc. However, refund/replacement can be made only for the hardware goods if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like headphones, keyboard, mouse and other gaming hardware etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 12 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
